When I was home at Christmas, my best friend Taleah & I were talking about how we never really took the time to explore and appreciate all the amazing hidden locations that our hometown had to offer. So we grabbed my camera, some balloons and jumped in the car and drove around until we spotted places that took our interest. It's crazy to think that we would drive past these places so often for years and never even noticed them. Spontaneous shoots like this are some of my favourites. You have no plan, no rules, no time frame. It's simply you and the camera, just for the fun of it! Here is what our afternoon driving around Maitland looked like.
