CROWDY BAY ELOPEMENT

TAMARA & DAVID

Thicker + Large Diamond Divider - Colour Edit 0.png

This was one of those epic, magic days that doesn't quite seem real at the time. As I look back over the years since, I realise just how lucky I am to have been there to witness such a special commitment. Tamara & David chose to secretly elope in their favourite place, Crowdy Bay National Park, looking out over the ocean at sunrise. As the birds rose for the day, the soft hum of a single cello could be heard while the waves crashed below the clifftop onto the rocks. What a way to set the tone for exchanging your marriage vows! After their intimate ceremony that I was so happy I could be an official witness to, we spend the whole day exploring the coastline and all it had to offer. We climbed rocks, walked through thick bushland, found beautiful huts & campgrounds and when the time felt right, we headed to Diamond Head beach & settled in for a celebratory champagne picnic in the cutest teepee that they built and styled themselves. This was all about them, no schedule, no stress, no worries what so ever. True heart.

This day is also very special to me, as it was chosen as the cover & feature of White Magazine's issue 28.

So now you have seen the printed feature, I am ecstatic to finally be sharing the whole beautiful day in full below. If you are thinking of eloping, I can whole heartedly recommend it, and I would LOVE to come along and capture it, no matter where it may take us! Tamara & David, lots of love to you both! x
